Does anybody know the owner of the black BMW Z4 LV53VVZ left parked in Cassilis Road for more than 2 months?
I guess they have gone abroad or something and and thought they had left it somewhere safe.
Unfortunately during this time the council has agreed and implemented a CPZ, which came in to full force last week. The car is accumulating fines at the rate of one per day. Please let the owner know.
