We are looking for a garage, drive or parking space to rent in St Margarets. We live on St Margarets Road, but unfortunately we do not have off street parking. It is becoming increasingly difficult to park near our home during the day, which means our two young children sometimes have to walk quite a long distance from the car to our house.

I live in a flat on the Richmond Road which backs onto it and have noticed a large crack in a wall which can only be viewed externally from the garages in the mews.

Godstone Rd and Surrounding Roads Lease Extension
A number of us in Godstone Road and surrounding roads are interested extending or lease or share of freehold.
Those of us living in maisonettes are now in a position where the length of the lease on our properties is running short creating a potential obstacle if we were to try and sell. In 2007 a number of residents were able to pool together and negotiate a reduced group rate.
We would like to see if there is any interest in forming a similar group. Please 'reply' to this post.

We're in the process of buying a maisonette on Kenley Road. The lease will definitely need extending but this isn't something we'd be in a position to do for 2-3 years. I don't know if that would fit with your timescale but either way, we'd be interested to stay in touch on this.

Hi you might drum up more interest by leaflet dropping www.stmgrts.org.uk/images/events/lessor_leaflet.pdf and knocking on doors which is exactly what we did with the previous group. Any reduced rates referred to legal fees and not the premium on the leasehold extension. We had 25 leases go through together. 2 BED GROUND FLOOR FLAT ST MARGARETS/RICHMOND
We are a professional married couple with a 2 month old baby looking for a 2 bed ground floor flat to rent asap in the St Margarets area. We are currently living in a small 1 bed flat so are very keen move, we are flexible with moving dates and furnishings.

Gravel: How to dispose / find a new home for
We are redoing our garden and will be removing the gravel from it.
What is the best way to dispose of it locally?
Might anyone have use for it?
It is fairly coarse gravel covering an area of approx 8m^2.

We currently rent in St Margarets but the landlord need to sell the property so we have more or less 6 months to find a new place.
