Currently living in Old Isleworth so anything in the locality will be great. Looking to pay up to 100pcm depending on condition. email: losthishurricane@gmail.com Thanks. | Louis H-T 2011-06-19 22:43 reply |

My fiancée and I are moving to London from Devon. We have fallen in love with St Margarets and are looking for a long-term rental property. Parking is preferred and a dishwasher a bonus. I love to cook but I am not so keen on the washing up afterwards! Maximum budget £1250. We can provide references, deposit etc asap. Non smokers. No pets. We both have full-time employment in London (starting August 1st) so we wish to move mid/end July. If you know of anyone looking to move/for good tenants then please put us in contact. Amy: 07870246883/ amyhurn@hotmail.co.uk Thanks in advance! Amy and Mike | Amy 2011-06-13 19:52 reply |
We are looking for a garage, drive or parking space to rent in St Margarets. We live on St Margarets Road, but unfortunately we do not have off street parking. It is becoming increasingly difficult to park near our home during the day, which means our two young children sometimes have to walk quite a long distance from the car to our house. If you are interested in letting your garage, drive or parking space please contact me at melanie.mahan@hotmail.co.uk. Many thanks Melanie | Melanie 2011-06-10 16:18 reply |
Does anyone know if this gated development has a residents' association or point of contact? I live in a flat on the Richmond Road which backs onto it and have noticed a large crack in a wall which can only be viewed externally from the garages in the mews. Thank you. | jkw10 2011-06-09 20:22 reply |
I'm a 30 year old cat and dog lover who is available for either dog walking or dog/cat sitting. I live locally in St Margarets so please give me a call or drop me an e-mail if you'd like to discuss availability and rates. A number of us in Godstone Road and surrounding roads are interested extending or lease or share of freehold. Those of us living in maisonettes are now in a position where the length of the lease on our properties is running short creating a potential obstacle if we were to try and sell. In 2007 a number of residents were able to pool together and negotiate a reduced group rate. We would like to see if there is any interest in forming a similar group. Please 'reply' to this post. | The Godstone Girls 2011-03-28 21:24 reply |
Re: Godstone Rd and Surrounding Roads Lease Extension Hi We're in the process of buying a maisonette on Kenley Road. The lease will definitely need extending but this isn't something we'd be in a position to do for 2-3 years. I don't know if that would fit with your timescale but either way, we'd be interested to stay in touch on this. You can email us on andiw_uk@btinternet.com Many thanks Andrew & Izzy | Isabelle 2011-05-11 16:48 reply |
Re: Godstone Rd and Surrounding Roads Lease Extension Hi you might drum up more interest by leaflet dropping w and knocking on doors which is exactly what we did with the previous group. Any reduced rates referred to legal fees and not the premium on the leasehold extension. We had 25 leases go through together. For an indication of what is involved w If you need any further information let me know. Maddie | Maddie 2011-04-17 09:45 reply |
