Join us for this sensory mindful movement session as part of the galleries Spring Retreat Weekend events. Taking inspiration from the gallery's baroque Octagon Room, Mindfulness Coach Sam from SamMantra will guide you through a series of creative mindful movement exercises, including gentle yoga & chi gung practices to explore the senses & bring a sense of stillness & calm. By adding simple mindful living practices into your everyday life you will learn how to keep the mind & body nourished, balanced & resourced. Open to all -- no experience of mindfulness or yoga is required. Bring your own yoga mats if you wish.
