BarrElla fitness classes - Barre Concept, Mat Pilates and Stretch - are run by Ella Proietti: an experienced fitness instructor whose passion is to help you achieve a strong, lean and flexible dancer's body with no dance or ballet experience at all.

Ella's classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels - from complete beginners to those of you who are very familiar with the Barre and Pilates workout. Her aim is to provide you with a full-body workout, helping you get stronger, slimmer, more toned, more flexible and overall more body confident. Older Adults (OVER 60's) can benefit from the 'Low Impact' Barre classes.
Ella is also a mum of two teenagers and loves motivating and helping other mums of all ages and fitness levels to stay fit and healthy.
