Love Yoga London is run by Sammie Mason a qualified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.
My Love Yoga style is a combination of the styles that I have personally practised over the years and the influence of my teachers and training. Sometimes my experience of Ashtanga will heavily influence a class, so it will be dynamic and challenging, whilst other times may be a gentler and restorative Hatha class, with some wonderful postures inspired from my pregnancy yoga teaching. Either way, an environment of compassion, kindness, stillness, connection and reflection is encouraged. Classes will always focus on Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (physical postures), and relaxation. I strongly believe that yoga is not about how it looks on the outside, rather how it feels on the inside. As a student of yoga your practice evolves over time, the same can be said be of a yoga teacher. What and how I teach today, will be different in the future.
All are based in the Richmond, St Margarets and Twickenham area.
