Richmond and Twickenham Friends of the Earth is one of over 200 local groups affiliated and supported by Friends of the Earth in the UK. We are a friendly group of volunteers campaigning on issues with a local connection in the Borough, and also lobby for policy changes at the local, regional, national and international levels.

It's not just what we do but the way we do it. We raise the issues but we also realise that to make things happen we need to focus on solutions, back it up with facts and collaborate with our networks. We work on a diverse range of campaigns including climate change, food, Heathrow expansion, waste and planning.

We're always eager to welcome new members. We have a huge range of activities; from fun outdoors stuff to petitioning and lobbying politicians. The group is open to people of all ages and backgrounds. Members can be involved as much or as little as they like, choosing the campaigns that interest them.
