Escape those Sunday blues with an award-winning combination of yoga and pilates. Build tone and strength, improve core-stability, flexibility and balance. Each class concludes with a restorative guided meditation, calming the mind and relieving physical and mental stress. The perfect end to the week!

  • Venue: ETNA Centre, St Margarets, TW1
  • Dates: Term runs from 20th September to 13th December 2020 (no classes Sunday 1st November).
  • Times: Choose from two class times: 6-7.30pm or 7.30-9pm. Both classes suit a wide variety of ages and fitness levels, and no matter your experience or ability, everyone can feel the benefits of regular practice.

Beginners welcome.

NB: The maximum number of students per class will be kept to a strict minimum to align with social distancing rules, and students must have a mask when not practising. Please book in early to avoid disappointment. If the pandemic forces the centre to close, rest assured, you’ll be refunded for any cancelled classes.
