The class starts with 30 minutes of Pilates to warm up the body, strengthening work, focusing on the core (abdominals, pelvic floor) and tailored to the individuals in the class. Followed by 20 minutes of dance, which you can take at your own pace. The music and style will change each week and the aim is to enjoy ourselves, and get our heart rates up, ending with stretching and relaxation.
