The Golden Thread: An Exhibition Celebrating 50 years (1966 – 2016) of the Arts in Richmond upon Thames

Where will you find costumes worn by Rudolf Nureyev and Margot Fonteyn; Midsummer’s Night Dream enacted by puppets; and over 100 ceramic swans? The answer is at Arts Richmond’s 50th Anniversary.

The Golden Thread exhibition includes exhibits from a wide range of arts and cultural organisations affiliated to Arts Richmond in an exuberant celebration of the wealth of the arts of all kinds in the borough.

The Exhibition also highlights Arts Richmond’s own proud history of its contribution to Richmond’s rich and varied cultural life particularly through the Swan Drama Awards, Arts & Photography Exhibitions and Choral Workshops, and Literature events.
