Record Breakers is this year’s Summer Reading Challenge in libraries all over the country for children aged 4 to 11, produced by The Reading Agency in association with Guinness World Records.
Taking part
Joining the library and taking part is absolutely free!
Sign up at your local library from 11 July to receive a Record Breakers poster which explores wonderful and wacky records from around the world. For each of six books you read you earn a sticker. You can update your progress through the challenge at any library in the borough.
Everyone who reads six books is rewarded with a gold medal and a certificate! The promotion ends on 12 September.
