I have been practicing yoga for over 6 years and am currently training as a student teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga (UK Governing Body for Yoga in the UK).
After the birth of my two sons (have two sons under the age of three), I realised that I needed a career that could work around my children (my previous career was Account Director within a busy marketing agency, so long hours and lots of stress) and I have been lucky enough to turn a passion into that career, hence the birth of Yoga Fitness and my new Yoga class in St Margarets, Twickenham.
I have been a local resident in St Margarets for 3 years now.
About the class
Improve body tone, build strength, re-energise & unwind. A complete workout for body and mind.
Suitable for beginners and those with little or some yoga experience, my yoga class will be a general introduction to Hatha Yoga via a dynamic and energising group of yoga poses, which will stretch, massage and tone all of the joints, muscles and internal organs of the body, whilst also allowing some precious relaxation time!

I would be very interested in joining this class. I've never done yoga, but would very much like to work on toning my body, and have long thought that this would be a good way to do it.
Can you please advise if I need to sign up, or if we just show up on the day?

So that I can manage the class numbers, If you would like to come along please book with me in advance by emailing contact@yoga-fitness.co.uk I will then need to send over a health questionnaire for you to fill in beforehand, so that if you have any injuries I can make sure that I cater for them in the class.
