Easter Break Ideas for the Kids
Once again we have tried to put together a list of some different ideas of things to take the kids to over the Easter holidays. Two weeks of fun with the little ones!

Local Dance Company to Run Holiday Workshops for Children
A new local dance company is holding dance and drama workshops over the Easter holiday for children aged 7-14 years old. The workshops will be held in All Souls Church Hall St Margarets on 10th, 11th and 12th April, and will include a varied programme of dance and drama styles over the three days.

Richmond District Line Closure
The Richmond branch of the District Line will be closed for the nine days from the 1st to the 10th of April from Richmond to Turnham Green. Underground tickets will be accepted on South West Trains to Waterloo and there will be two replacement bus services. Additional works are planned for the Sunday mornings of 16, 23, 30 April and 28 May 2006.

Fine Food Market Gets Planning Approval
On 16th March 2006, the Richmond Planning Committee gave its approval for the Fine Food Market to be held in the parking lot of the St Margarets Travern. The market will be on Sundays from 10:00am to 2:30pm. We will provide dates for when the market will be starting as details are provided.

Moormead Area Parking Issues
Following up from the Councillors CPZ Questionnaire piece we wrote back in February we have two things to share. The first is that Councellor Annie Hambidge is calling a meeting for any interested residents to come to the Turk’s Head and discuss ideas with her and the Council’s Transport Officers. The second are some data and comments from the questionnaires given to the Councillors and shared anonymously with us.

Reply to Residents Group Letter on Proposed Indoor Soft Play Area
The St Margarets Community Website has recieved a copy of the reply to an Objection Letter to the Council by the St Margarets Association of Residents for the proposed children’s soft play area in the St Margarets Business Centre that we reported about earlier. In an effort to provide a balanced discussion of this issue we have decided to publish it here.
